Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your PetOhPets purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer the following:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • You can return most products within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused and in the original packaging.

2. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.

3. Exceptions:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned.

  • Customized products are not eligible for return.

4. Exchanges:

  • If you need a different size or product, please contact us for an exchange request.
